All full priced purchases are entitled to an exchange and/or credit note.
Procedure for exchange
Purchases must meet the below requirements;
- Must be unworn
- No alterations
- Not washed
- No odors or stains
- Original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase including receipt included with return
1. Email our boutique at info@dearharlo.com.au to inform us of your intent to return
2. Complete the return slip enclosed with your order
3. Post your item to us
Australian Returns
Returns must be received within 10 days from date of purchase.
International Returns
Returns must be received within 15 days from date or purchase.

Terms + Conditions
With the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns on swimwear, intimates or accessories/jewellery.
Our exchange/return policy only applies to full priced merchandise. Exchanges & returns are not accepted on reduced/sale/clearance or promotional items.
All returns and postage fees are at customers expense.
We can not take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your item during the postal process. All items are carefully checked by our staff before leaving our store to ensure they are in immaculate condition/quality.
